No Hassle Returns

At POWER-SPARES.CO.UK we offer a hassle free returns process should you need to return the item back to us.

If a spare part is faulty or defective you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery in the condition you received it and we'll arrange a refund or a replacement part to be sent to you. All UK customers will receive a pre-paid postage label (DPD delivery only) for you to return the item.

If you simply change your mind or if the item doesn't fit, you can still return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be in re-saleable condition and its original packaging or we won't be able to refund you. For convenience, we provide a pre-paid postage label to return your item. (DPD delivery only)

NOTE: The return postage cost plus a deprecation fee will be deducted from any change of mind refund. Alternatively, you may pay the cost of returning the item yourself and provide us with the tracking number. Only the deprecation fee will be deducted from your refund.

All Royal Mail delivered items requires the customer to return the item to ourselves.

Before returning an item you will need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us, please contact our after sales team on 01646 687 880 or at

Once we receive your request to return the item(s) we will email you your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and a pre-paid postage label for you to print out (DPD delivery only). If you don't have a printer, please write your Returns Number on the original delivery note and include with the item. Please don't write on the packaging.

Pop your item in a jiffy bag or other appropriate packaging and post it back to us within 30 days of getting your Returns Number to:
