Where we deliver
- UK Mainland: Yes
- Scottish Highlands & Islands / remote postcodes: Yes (additional charges apply – see pricing below)
- Northern Ireland (N. Ireland) and Republic of Ireland (ROI): Not available at this time. We’re working to introduce a solution and will share an update when we can. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Working days & bank holidays
- Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
- Our couriers do not deliver on weekends or Bank Holidays.
Delivery times (estimates)
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and can vary by product and location.

In-stock items (UK Mainland):
- Orders placed before 3:00pm (Mon–Fri) are normally processed the same working day.
- Delivery is typically within 48 hours from dispatch (working days only).

Busy periods:
- Due to increased demand, dispatch may take 2–5 working days before your order leaves our warehouse.

Out of stock items:
- Please use our online contact form for expected availability and lead times, or call us on 01646 404406.
Important: If you order items with different lead times, we may dispatch them together and the longest lead time can apply. If you’d like items shipped separately, please call 01646 404406: additional delivery charges may apply.
Delays outside our control
Severe weather, courier disruption, or other events can occasionally delay delivery. We’ll always help you track your order and resolve issues with the courier, and your statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery charges (VAT included)
UK Mainland (standard delivery):
- Orders under £20.00: £1.99
- Orders £20.00 and over: FREE
(Weekdays only. Exclusions apply.)
Highlands & Islands / extended areas (standard delivery):
- Orders up to £19.99: £24.99
- Orders £20.00–£99.99: £29.99
- Orders £100 and over: £49.99
Extended areas can include (but aren’t limited to): Scottish Highlands, outlying islands, Outer Hebrides, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and certain remote postcodes.
Heavy / oversized items
- Some items (for example over 70kg or palletised goods) may have different delivery methods, restrictions, or charges. If you’re unsure, please contact us before ordering.
Receiving your delivery (damage or missing items)
Please check your delivery as soon as you can after it arrives.
- If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) with photos where relevant, so we can raise it with the courier and resolve it quickly.
- This reporting window helps us investigate courier claims, but does not limit your statutory rights.
Pallet deliveries: delivered kerbside only (to the nearest safe access point).
Order acceptance & pricing errors
- Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation (or when the goods are dispatched).
- If an item is incorrectly priced due to an obvious error, or stock becomes unavailable, we may need to cancel the order and will provide a full refund.
