Promotions & Discount Codes – Terms and Conditions (PowerSpares)
We regularly offer online-only promotions, discounts and voucher codes (“Promotions”). By using a Promotion, you agree to the terms below.
1) Availability and changes
- Promotions are available for a limited time and while stocks last, unless stated otherwise.
- We may amend, suspend or withdraw a Promotion at any time. Where reasonably possible, we’ll do this without affecting orders already placed and accepted, unless the change is required by law or needed to correct an obvious error.
2) Eligibility
- Promotions are available to retail customers only, unless stated otherwise.
- Promotions are not valid for PowerSpares/Genpower employees or anyone purchasing on behalf of employees.
- Some Promotions may be limited to certain delivery areas (for example UK Mainland only) or specific customer groups.
3) How to use a code
- Discount codes must be entered at checkout before the order is placed and cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Unless the Promotion states otherwise:
- One discount code per order
- Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer, voucher, bundle deal or price reduction
4) Exclusions (unless stated otherwise)
Promotions may exclude certain items or order types, including (but not limited to):
- Clearance or already discounted items
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Shipping charges (delivery) and surcharges
- Heavy/oversize items or items requiring specialist delivery
- Trade pricing / trade accounts / warranty parts (where applicable)
If a Promotion applies only to certain products, categories or brands, this will be stated on the Promotion details.
5) Fair use and misuse
- Promotions are intended for genuine customer use. We may refuse, cancel or reverse a Promotion where we reasonably believe it is being misused, including (but not limited to):
- Codes obtained, shared or used in breach of these terms
- Automated/bot use, bulk ordering, resale activity, or suspicious activity
- Attempts to apply a code not issued to you, or to apply multiple codes
- If we cancel an order for misuse, we will refund any payment taken in line with our refund process.
6) Errors and technical issues
- If a Promotion is published with an obvious pricing/discount error (including technical or typographical errors), we may withdraw the Promotion and/or cancel affected orders. If this happens, we will contact you and provide a refund where payment has been taken.
7) Returns and refunds where a Promotion was used
- If you return an item bought with a Promotion, any refund will be calculated based on the price paid after the discount was applied.
- If returning items means the order no longer meets the Promotion conditions (for example a minimum spend threshold), we may adjust the refund accordingly.
8) Legal rights
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
